1st Annual Angry Beavers 3v3 Tournament

The Angry Beavers Hockey Club is excited to host our 1st Annual 3v3 Hockey Tournament at Washington Park Ice Arena in Jefferson City, Missouri.

This event is designed to be fast-paced, competitive, fun, and open to multiple skill levels. Our goal is to bring players together, grow local adult hockey, and create another opportunity for the hockey community in Jefferson City.

Time: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Washington Park Ice Arena
Format: Round robin style 3v3 half-ice tournament
Game Guarantee: 3-game guarantee
Team Registration: $500
Individual Registration: $100
Goalies: Free
Roster Size: 3–6 players per team
Team Goal: 10 teams
Prizes: Small prizes + bragging rights

Tournament Format & Rules

Games will be played 3 skaters vs. 3 skaters on half ice in a round robin style format. Each team is guaranteed 3 games.

Each game will be 20 minutes with a running clock. Teams should be ready before their scheduled game time so we can keep the tournament moving.

There will be no overtime. Round robin games may end in a tie, and standings will be used to determine placement.

Each game will begin with a tournament organizer tossing the puck into the middle of the playing area. After a goal is scored, the team that was scored on will restart play with possession of the puck. The scoring team must give reasonable space for the restart.

Tournament organizers will keep a running goal tally for each game.

There will be no traditional penalties, but unsafe or unsportsmanlike play will not be allowed. No checking, fighting, intentional injury, dangerous contact, or abuse toward players, goalies, organizers, or rink staff. Organizers may stop play or remove a player if necessary.

Substitutions may happen on the fly. Players must change safely and avoid interfering with play.

Standings will be based on wins, ties, total points, goal differential, goals scored, head-to-head results, and organizer tiebreakers if needed.

All players must wear proper hockey equipment. Goalies must wear full goalie gear.

This tournament is meant to be competitive, fun, and respectful. Play hard, keep it clean, and help us grow local hockey in Jefferson City.
